Therapy is all about exploring and improving your relationship with yourself.

I’m here to help you get to know yourself better, understand why you repeat the same patterns over and over, and heal from the pain of the past.

I specialize in working with:

  • Neurodivergent teens (ages 16+) and adults
(diagnosed or undiagnosed with ADHD, autism,
    etc.)

  • People with a history of trauma or stressful
    childhoods

  • Clients pursuing substance use recovery while
    managing mental health concerns

  • LGBTQ+ folks and others exploring their identity
    or undergoing life transitions

  • People wanting to improve their relationships.

About Me

I’m a licensed therapist with 8 years of experience working with teens and adults on improving their mental well being. After years working in higher levels of care, I now enjoy supporting clients on their healing journey by providing outpatient therapy.
It’s an honor to witness and support my clients on their healing journey. My practice is rooted in values of growth, curiosity, acceptance, and a belief that healing should be collaborative— not prescriptive.

As a social worker I work from a person in environment framework, I don’t just look at what’s going on inside you—I also consider what’s happening around you.

Your relationships, community, culture, job, and past experiences all affect how you feel and function. I take the whole picture into account when supporting you.

As part of enriching and expanding my work as a therapist, I completed EMDR training and IFS level 1 training throughout the past several years. It’s important to me to always be learning and creating a space that is neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming.
