For Therapists

Clinical Supervision for LGSWs in DC

I provide clinical supervision for Licensed Graduate Social Workers (LGSWs) in Washington, DC who are working toward independent licensure. Supervision is grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice, with space to deepen clinical skills, build confidence, and explore your professional identity. My approach emphasizes trauma-informed therapeutic frameworks such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and supports therapists who want to practice in neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming ways. My goal is to support you in navigating your social work career and licensure journey without burning out.

IFS + Neurodivergent Affirming therapy consultation

IFS+Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy Consultation:

I offer consultation for therapists interested in integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a neurodivergent-affirming framework. These consultations provide space to explore case conceptualization, adapt IFS to honor neurodivergent ways of processing and relating, and reflect on clinical challenges with curiosity and compassion. This offering is a good fit for clinicians working with autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent clients, or for therapists who are neurodivergent themselves and seeking affirming, thoughtful consultation. Consultation is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in affirming, non-pathologizing, trauma-informed care.
