Therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come for a few months to work on specific goals, while others stay longer to focus on deeper healing and relationship patterns. If you're doing long-term trauma or relational work, we'll move at your pace and build a strong, trusting foundation over time. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy continues to feel helpful and aligned with your needs.

Most clients start with weekly sessions, especially at the beginning when we’re building connection and understanding what you need. Over time, we might shift to every other week or something different based on your goals and what feels supportive.
We’ll talk about what works best for you, and you’re always welcome to adjust as life changes.
