Extended Sessions & Intensives

For clients who are looking to explore their work more deeply, I offer longer sessions and therapeutic intensives that allow for an extended, focused healing experience. These formats create additional time and space to process complex emotions, address recurring patterns, and move through meaningful therapeutic work at a more immersive pace. Investment varies based on the length of the session or intensive.

My Approach

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS helps you understand and care for the different parts of yourself—like the part that worries, avoids, or criticizes.

By getting to know these parts with compassion, you can feel more calm, balanced, and true to yourself.

EMDR

EMDR helps your brain process painful memories so they don’t feel as overwhelming anymore.

Using guided eye movements or tapping while processing memories, EMDR can help you to feel safer, less triggered, and more in control—without having to talk through every detail.

Person Centered

A person-centered approach means I see you as the expert on your own life.

Based on your goals and unique needs, I will incorporate other therapy styles and interventions. Some of my favorites are DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

I partner with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy.
